Bohai Pharmaceuticals Group, Inc. is a profitable pharmaceutical company based in China and engaged in the manufacturing and distribution of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Bohai generates approximately $50 million in annual revenue and is profitable. The company was seeking financing for growth and a U.S. listing.

Our CEO, A.J. Cervantes, in conjunction with other principals of Regeneration Capital Group, served as an architect, financial advisor and early stage investor in a transaction which resulted in a $12 million financing and U.S. listing for Bohai. Working in the capacity as financial advisors, the merchant banking team identified industry professionals to conduct extensive legal and accounting due diligence to determine Bohai’s suitability for a public listing.

The merchant banking team assisted Bohai’s management in the preparation of the company’s growth plans, business strategy and financial projections as well as all of the attendant financial marketing materials. In addition, the team also supported the company in the identification and retention of legal and accounting professionals necessary to complete a successful U.S. public listing and concurrent financing.

The transaction closed on January 5, 2010 with the maximum anticipated raise of $12.0 million is now a U.S. listed company under the symbol BOPH.
