One of Trilogy’s most important innovations is its distinctive marriage of the principals of traditional finance and marketing with the latest in technology and online communications.  As Executive Vice President, Michael is the architect and creative director of Trilogy’s technology-driven communications, and is also a principal figure in the development of strategic business and marketing initiatives for our Portfolio Companies.  He is also the controlling artistic force behind all of Trilogy’s visual design and online presence; as such, his stamp can be seen in the look and interactive functionality of everything Trilogy produces on behalf of clients.

Michael’s entrepreneurial and business expertise is the result of more than a dozen years as the founder and senior executive of cutting-edge companies in a number of sectors, including homeland security, technology and marketing.  He was a co-founder, Creative Director, and Executive Vice President of MindArrow Systems, Inc., a technology-driven marketing services company. As Creative Director, he led a worldwide team of designers and producers to develop successful online affinity marketing programs for Fortune 500 companies, including GM, Toyota, Bertelsmann Group (BMG), 20th Century Fox, NBC, Oracle, Microsoft, and others.

Through his experience in the Homeland Security industry, Michael further developed particular expertise in the interaction of business and government. Prior to joining Trilogy, Michael was co-founder and Senior Vice President of Marketing for Universal Guardian Corporation, a publicly-traded Homeland Defense technology firm that develops integrated waterside security systems and non-lethal weapons technologies for the United States Navy and other public and private clients. His innovative product designs form the backbone of the company's highly-successful non-lethal weapons platform.

Michael was also a co-founder and Vice President of Marketing for Zap International, a provider of Windows-based video messaging systems, and was instrumental in the developmetn and licensing of Zap's technology to Sony Electronics, as well as for the company’s international sales channel and business development in Europe and Asia.
