Norman is a highly skilled and knowledgeable financial executive. As Senior Vice President for Trilogy, principally focusing on Business Affairs, Norman brings to a wealth of diversified accounting and financial management experience.
Norman’s professional career encompasses over thirty-five years of financial and accounting expertise, beginning as a New York-based certified public accountant. After the sale of his public accounting partnership to Touche, Ross & Co. in the 1970s, Norman formed American Equities, Inc., a financial services firm dealing primarily with capital formation for real estate and entertainment industry limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, he has served as Chief Financial Officer for a number of publicly held companies in industries ranging from manufacturing and publishing to direct marketing and health related products and services.
In the late 1990s, Norman founded Kunin Business Consulting, a Los Angeles area-based company providing consultancy services for a variety of private and publicly held companies. His services include financial forecasting, business planning, capital formation and service as interim Chief Financial Officer and/or financial executive. Norman earned his Bachelor of Business degree with major in Accounting at New York's City College School of Business and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. |
