Robert
Rein has been a partner of the firm of Saphier, Rein & Walden since 1974.
His practice involves all areas of transactional work, including a wide variety
of business, corporate and real estate matters, tax issues, environmental
matters, and estate planning. He has lectured on estate planning and other
matters and has been involved in all types of business transactions, from
formations, acquisitions, reorganizations and financings, to corporate and tax
planning. His clients include all levels of the business community, from banks
and savings and loan associations to software and media companies, and smaller
manufacturing and service businesses. Prior to Saphier, Rein & Walden,
Robert served a clerkship for the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division
and practiced law with the firms of Kaplan, Livingston, Goodwin, Barkowitz
& Selvin in Beverly Hills and McKenna and Fitting in Los Angeles. Robert
graduated from Harvard Law School and received his J.D. cum laude.
